It is January, the first month of 2022 and chances are you set new year’s resolutions or goals for this year, right? Brilliant. That’s not a bad thing, that’s a good thing. But you may also be to the point in your goals journey for this year where your energy and your motivation is starting to majorly drop.

I understand, it happens so that’s why in today’s episode, I’d love to share with you six different things that you can do to achieve your goals. Let’s dive on in.

 It’s January, the first month of 2022 and chances are you set New year’s Resolutions or goals for the year. Brilliant!!! But you may also be to the point in your goals journey for this year where your energy & motivation is starting to drop majorly. But in today’s episode, I’d love to share with you 6 different things you can do to make achieving your goals easy! How does that sound? Pretty good, right? Let’s dive in.

Easily Achieving All Your Goals

What if you could easily achieve all your goals? Not that it wouldn’t require work or that you would love absolutely every single part of working towards them. But that it was fun, you genuinely enjoyed the actions you were taking every single day to get you there, and you made some massive progress. Sounds pretty good right? Maybe a little too good?

Do you think goals have to be hard? You might because our brains like to be right. If we think it could be easy, then we start to question why we haven’t done it yet and then our ego takes it and flips it around. We aren’t lazy or unfocused, achieving goals is just too hard. But the problem with that is what you believe creates your reality. And if you could make it easier, wouldn’t you?

So today I am sharing with you 6 different things that you can do to make achieving your goals EASY!

6 Hacks to Make Goals Easy to Achieve

Believe it’s possible. It is possible for achieving goals to be easy, or at least easier than you’ve been making it.

Know what your goals are. Write them down, define them. Get them out of your head. People with written goals are 50% more likely to achieve them. 

Make them mean something. Losing weight vs having energy & feeling good.

Make a plan. The #1 question I get asked is what are my next steps to get where I want to go. So creating a plan is invaluable. Not because everything is going to go exactly to plan, but because it gives the direction and starting point to be headed in the right direction.  Did you know that those who create actionable tasks for their goals & weekly progress reporting tend to achieve 40% more?

Love the process. This is one I talk about quite regularly because it isn’t something enough people talk about. Achieving your goals need not be a slog. There is likely more than one strategy that will get you to the outcome you are looking for, and you don’t have to choose the one that you detest because you think that it will make it more “worth it” or make you more “worthy” of the outcome. Rewards, things that peak your interest, things that genuinely excite you. My own way of doing this is leaning into my natural curiosity and treating everything like an experiment.

Check in regularly. If you just look at your goals when you set them, once a year. If you review them once a quarter, that’s 5 times a year, one when you set them, and then at the end of Q1, Q2, Q3, & Q4. If you review monthly, that’s 13 times. Weekly? 53 times. Daily? 365 times. What you focus on, improves. Renewed motivation & focus. Stack the deck in your favor!

Action Step:
